Due to administrative reasons, no refund of the fee will be possible in case of cancellation. Payment receipts will be available at the conference desk.
The fee is waived for doctoral students and candidates .
ALL SPEAKERS are requested to fill the WEBFORM (Please make sure you have 1) an evidence of bank transfer, 2) a photo card and 3) a short bio to be uploaded)
On the night of June the 6th, 2017 there will be a social dinner. Please indicate in the webform your willingness to attend the dinner (cost 40 euros - to be paid on the same day of the dinner).
